CentralCoastHomeBuyersReport.com New Design

This is the new design of CentralCoastHomeBuyersReport.com. I received the PSD file and converted it to HTML. I have difficulty in creating an HTML for this one because of the arrow in the center of the design.

When I am creating an HTML for a PSD file, I make it possible that I can recreate the design using the standard HTML format and not just purely images on the code. All text are coded as text also so search engine bots can read it. As much as possible, I segregate each layer as separate image and not just slicing it.

I saw another work of this design. For me, what he did is a poor work. He duplicated the design but he just made almost the images as a background and added the video and the form. The text is also included in the image background. If he was paid more than me, I would protest.

Call me `Alchie` coz it's sweeter

In our country, calling `Sir` or `Ma'am` someone in the position is considered to be respectful, more especially when addressing a teacher. These words are automatic titles and at times being demanded. I remember one incident, when I attended a team building of public teachers with a friend, I was reprimanded for calling a teacher `Auntie`.

I used to address those persons I don't know by these titles, every person I encounter, even to a tricycle driver in our village. I prefer "Sir" than "Manong" or "Pre" or "Bai". Maybe because I wanted to establish a certain degree of barrier between us, a boundary automatically present when using those words.

Personally, I prefer not to be called `Sir`, or any other endearment, to people I am acquainted with. It is as if we don't know each other when they call me by other names. I recall being upset when a close friend from high school suddenly called me "Bai", as if he suddenly forgot …

How to Block Videos from Loading in Youtube Using TP-Link Router

Make it look like a site error! We have number of computers at home. To be able to connect all the PCs to the internet, I network them. I bought a 16-ports Switch/Hub and a TP-Link router. We only have a 384kbps internet connection and when everybody in the family are connected to youtube, I could barely access facebook. When I tried to block Youtube, they were complaining that they couldn't access it anymore.

Today, I realized that you can block videos from loading without blocking the site. All you need to do is to block the video addresses directly. It will appear like there is a problem with Youtube without their knowledge that you have block it.

Here's what I did. Follow the steps carefully.

Step 1: Login to your TP-Link Admin

Default Address: 192.168.1.1
Default Username: admin
Default Password: admin

Step 2: Add New Target Setting

In this section, we are going to define what website to block. In our case, we will block not the homepage of Youtube, only the videos wit…
